About the Green Impact Assessment

What’s the purpose of the Green Impact Assessment™?

The Assessment works as a guideline for your start-up, SME, or R&Ds to identify and address new opportunities within the sustainability sphere.

Sustainary’s Green Impact Assessment marries quantitative data with qualitative data to allow start-ups and SMEs to identify their solution’s strengths and weaknesses throughout the key impact areas. This allows solutions that have not yet had their impact quantified to still be certified, evaluated, and received feedback by our Assessment framework and experts.

Who certifies Green Impact Assessment™?

Sustainary has already reviewed over 1,000 solutions globally through other projects.

Sustainary uses a penta helix model to bring together a crowd of experts from the public and private sector, academia, civil society, and social entrepreneurship. We call it Crowd Wisdom!

The Assessment draws key information and data from GHG Protocol, ISO and GRI standards, and the SDGs to assess a company’s business model, product life cycle, and ESG impact. Our partners at DTU and Reykjavik University have contributed throughout the creation of the methodology behind the Assessment.
